Quasi-static & Fatigue Testing Facilities
CEAM's Quasi-static testing facilities include 5 computer-controlled hydraulic and multi-axial load frames, providing state-of-the-art testing of materials under quasi-static loading and fatigue. Multiple hydraulic pumps enable simultaneous operation of all load frames.
Twin beam Micro Load Frame
- Thin film, or single 20 mm glass or carbon fiber load frame.
- Measures Young's modulus, UTS, displacement & load.
- Matched cantilever beams and strain gages.
- Stand-alone or with a servo-hydraulic load frame.
- Easily adapted to a variety of testing environments.
5 kip Load Frame
- Performs high-cycle compression fatigue tests
- Has torsion capability
- Grips include: 3-point/4-point bending, tension, capstan, and more
