What can IPMCs do?
	v  When a thin strip of an Ionic polymer-metal composite (IPMC) is stimulated by the application of a small (1-3V) AC potential, it undergoes a bending vibration at the applied frequency, generally no more than a few tens of Hertz.
		v  IPMCs are being developed as soft actuators and sensors.
